• Recruit and activate advisors according to the plan, ensuring monthly activation targets are met. • Maintain active advisor productivity as per the plan. • Build interpersonal relationships to facilitate work activities. • Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate performance and provide guidance for career progression. • Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions. • Review performance with reporting manager on a weekly basis. • Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by management. • Ensure two joint calls are made daily. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
